The Second Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment have taken over duties because the Theatre Reserve Battalion in Cyprus.
This morning they took up the position from the Second Fusiliers which means they’re now on 48 hours discover to maneuver.
The Battalion has been coaching for months to organize for potential deployment to Afghanistan or on different operations.
