Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)
minutes of:
♀ 35-lb (15-kg) dumbbell
♂ 50-lb (22.5-kg) dumbbell
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell grasp clean-to-overheads
30-foot strolling lunge (2 x 15 toes)
*After finishing every spherical, add 3 reps to the
burpees and grasp clean-to-overheads.
♀ 35-lb (15-kg) dumbbell
♂ 50-lb (22.5-kg) dumbbel

I tousled and did 30’/30’ as an alternative of 15’/15’ so my reps are off. I bought 223 reps I’m gonna do it once more and I’ll in all probability be extra round 260 to 280.
