The phrase “patriot” means a lot to me- simply saying it, or listening to it, offers me the identical proud feeling because the day I selected to serve our nation. That why receiving the Patriot Award from @helpingahero was so particular. I’m humbled each time I’m surrounded by the true, tangible sacrifices of those adaptive veterans, who’re doing a lot whereas lacking limbs and eyes- in these moments I really feel like a lazy imposter, in comparison with these American heroes. Their capability to beat odds and thrive regardless of bodily limitations is the very definition of “the American dream.”
It was an honor to be within the presence of so many American leaders, like Richard Childress @rcrracing and Johnny Morris @bassproshops, who proceed to take action a lot for our veterans. All the time grateful for these alternatives, and being acknowledged for this award solely motivates me extra to proceed to provide all I’ve for our veterans and our nice republic.
