A Royal Marines Reservist who steered the Navy’s involvement within the London Olympics has been adorned by the Queen. Lieutenant Colonel Cliff Dare acquired an MBE, alongside a former World Struggle Two sailor who’s labored tirelessly to maintain Normandy veterans within the public eye.
