The American Legion Riders Submit 181 from Sandwich members visited The Courtyard in Somonauk for a dinner outing. Group members talked about upcoming occasions and loved the scrumptious meals. Conferences Submit 181 are at 6:30 p.m. on the final Thursday of every month on the Sandwich VFW, 713 S. Predominant St. in Sandwich. The ALR focuses on Legion and veterans initiatives, occasions and welfare; area people occasions and advantages; native memorial ceremonies; neighborhood parades; escorting army models to airports for fight excursions; and coordinating welcome residence celebrations upon their return.
