Banteay Meanchey provincial governor Um Reatrey led members of the armed forces and native authorities to assist harvest rice on August 17 that was flooded by heavy rainfall in Phniet and Koh Pongsat communes of Sisophon city, the place some farmers had already been harvesting their rice and a few had but to start when the storm arrived.
