The sunshine armored car (LAV) was developed by Basic Dynamic’s Canadian subsidiary and is the first infantry preventing car for each Canada and New Zealand. Moreover, the US Army’s Stryker car is derived from the Canadian LAV.
The primary gun demonstrated within the video is the M242 Bushmaster 25mm chain gun which is firing high-explosive armor-piercing incendiary rounds. Is it overkill? Perhaps, however overkill is commonly underrated.
