DOD MEDIA RELEASE: Noise Advisory: Lively-Obligation Army Coaching to Be Performed at Keaukaha Navy Reservation (KMR)

HILO- Lively-Obligation Army items will conduct coaching at Keaukaha Navy Reservation (KMR), Hilo, on Saturday, Nov. 5 till Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022. The coaching that entails noise will likely be restricted to eight AM to eight PM throughout the weekend.
Residents close to KMR could hear simulated artillery, simulated machine gun hearth and helicopters touchdown on the Hawai‘i Army Nationwide Guard coaching facility.
The navy appreciates the understanding and continued assist of the area people. Whereas generally loud, this coaching is vital to make sure navy items and repair members are mission-ready and return dwelling safely.
