47 Regiment Royal Artillery have stated goodbye to their residence of 25 years in spectacular style, with a march to honour St George’s Day. They paraded via Emsworth in Hampshire, the closest city to their Thorney Island Dwelling, simply over the border in Sussex. As Tim Cooper explains, the Troopers and group have fashioned shut bonds through the years, which is not going to be simply forgotten.
