The secretary of the Navy and chief of naval operations introduced at this time the next assignments:

Rear Adm. Robert T. Clark can be assigned as reserve deputy, Workplace of the Chief of Naval Operations, N7, Washington, D.C.  Clark is at present serving as reserve vice commander, Seventh Fleet, Yokosuka, Japan.

Rear Admiral Joey B. Dodgen can be assigned as deputy director, Navy Reserve Preventing Directions, commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command, Norfolk, Virginia.  Dodgen is at present serving as particular assistant to the chief of Navy Reserve, Washington, D.C.

Rear Admiral Eileen H. Laubacher can be assigned as particular assistant to the assistant to the president for nationwide safety affairs, Nationwide Safety Council, Washington, D.C.  Laubacher is at present assigned as particular assistant to the chief of Navy Reserve, Washington, D.C.

Rear Admiral William G. Mager can be assigned as reserve deputy, Operations, Plans and Technique, N3/N5, Workplace of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.  Mager is at present serving as reserve director, Maritime Operations, United States Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Rear Admiral (decrease half) Putnam H. Browne can be assigned as director, Evaluation Division, N81, Workplace of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.  Browne is at present serving as particular assistant to the deputy chief of naval operations for personnel, manpower, and coaching, N1, Workplace of the Chief of Naval Operations and Chief of Naval Personnel, Arlington, Virginia.

Rear Admiral (decrease half) Marc S. Lederer can be assigned as reserve deputy for fleet readiness and logistics, N4R, Workplace of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.  Lederer is at present serving as deputy commander, Army Sealift Command, with further duties as reserve deputy commander, Naval Floor Drive, United States Atlantic Fleet, Norfolk, Virginia. 

Rear Admiral (decrease half) Jacquelyn McClelland, chosen for promotion to rear admiral, can be assigned as deputy commander, Naval Provide Programs Command, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.  McClelland is at present serving as vice director, Navy Workers, Workplace of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.

Rear Admiral (decrease half) Pamela C. Miller, chosen for promotion to rear admiral, can be assigned as deputy chief, Bureau of Drugs and Surgical procedure, Reserve Coverage and Integration, Falls Church, Virginia.  Miller most just lately served as command surgeon, United States Indo-Pacific Command, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

Rear Admiral (decrease half) Eric L. Peterson can be assigned as deputy director, Reserve Medical Forces Atlantic, Portsmouth, Virginia.  Peterson is at present serving as deputy commander, Naval Medical Forces Atlantic, Portsmouth, Virginia.

Rear Admiral (decrease half) Donald M. Plummer can be assigned as reserve vice director for Joint Drive Improvement, J-7, Joint Workers, Suffolk, Virginia.  Plummer is at present assigned as deputy commander, Naval Particular Warfare Command, San Diego, California.

Rear Admiral Eric C. Ruttenberg, chosen for promotion to rear admiral, can be assigned as reserve deputy for maritime operations, United States Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.  Ruttenberg is at present assigned as vice chief engineer, Naval Info Warfare Programs Command, San Diego, California.

Rear Admiral (decrease half) Jeffrey S. Spivey can be assigned as deputy commander, Army Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia.  Spivey is at present serving as director, Maritime Partnership Program, Sixth Fleet/vice commander, Sixth Fleet, Naples, Italy.

Rear Admiral (decrease half) Donald Y. Sze can be assigned as commander, Expeditionary Drugs, Bureau of Drugs and Surgical procedure, Falls Church, Virginia.  Sze is at present serving as deputy commander, Navy Assist Command Reserve Part/Marine Corps Medical Officer, Falls Church, Virginia.

Captain Charles M. Brown, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as reserve deputy, N2/N6, Workplace of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.  Brown is at present serving as chief of employees, Navy Reserve, Naval Info Drive Reserve Headquarters, Fort Price, Texas.

Captain David M. Buzzetti, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as deputy chief of employees, Reserve Part, N093, Workplace of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.  Buzzetti is at present serving as deputy chief of employees, Naval Medical Forces Atlantic, Portsmouth, Virginia.

Captain Robert J. Dodson, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as reserve deputy, Naval Sea Programs Command, Washington, D.C.  Dodson is at present serving as navy reserve program supervisor, Naval Sea Programs Command Northwest, Bremerton, Washington.

Captain David H. Duttlinger, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as deputy commander, Naval Amenities, Washington, D.C.  Duttlinger is at present serving as commodore, Seventh Naval Development Regiment, Gulfport, Mississippi.

Captain David G. Faehnle, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as reserve deputy commander, Naval Air Drive Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia.  Faehnle is at present serving as commanding officer, Joint Activity Drive/Horn of Africa, Djibouti, Africa.

Captain Calvin M. Foster, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as director, Maritime Partnership Program, Sixth Fleet/vice commander, Sixth Fleet, Naples, Italy.  Foster is at present serving as operations officer, Navy Reserve, United States Second Fleet, Norfolk, Virginia.

Captain Charles Kirol, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as deputy director, Logistics, Fleet Provide and Ordnance, N4, United States Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.  Kirol is at present serving as deputy commander, Pacific Fleet, N4, Logistics Readiness Heart, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Captain David G. Malone, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as deputy director, Reserve Medical Forces, Pacific, San Diego, California.  Malone is at present serving as reserve commanding officer, Navy Drugs Readiness and Coaching Command, Camp Pendleton, California.

Captain Joaquin Martinez de Pinillos, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as vice commander, Seventh Fleet, Yokosuka, Japan.  Martinez de Pinillos is at present serving as reserve chief of employees, United States Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Captain Mark R. Myers, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as reserve deputy decide advocate normal/deputy commander, Naval Authorized Service Command, Washington, D.C.  Myers is at present serving as employees decide advocate, Navy Reserve, Navy Installations Command Headquarters, Navy Emergency Preparedness Liaison Workplace, Washington, D.C.

Captain Ingrid M. Rader, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as reserve deputy director for maritime info warfare, United States Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.  Rader is at present serving as area commander, Navy Info Drive Reserve Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia.

Captain Michael S. Richman, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as deputy commander for cyber engineering, Naval Sea Programs Command, Washington, D.C.  Richman is at present serving as commanding officer, Navy Reserve, Strategic Weapon Engineering Facility, Smyrna, Washington, D.C.

Captain John D. Saccomando, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as reserve deputy director of maritime operations, United States Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.  Saccomando is at present serving as commanding officer, Navy Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer, Navy Installations Command, Washington, D.C.

Captain Andrew J. Schreiner, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as deputy commander, Naval Particular Warfare Command, San Diego, California.  Schreiner is at present serving as commanding officer, Navy Reserve, United States Northern Command Headquarters, Fort Carson, Colorado.

Captain Kimberley A. Walz, chosen for promotion to rear admiral (decrease half), can be assigned as deputy commander, Naval Floor Drive, United States Atlantic Fleet, Norfolk, Virginia.  Walz is at present serving as Navy Reserve commanding officer, United States Naval Forces Europe and Africa/Sixth Fleet, Detachment 802, Naples, Italy.
