Three former Senior NATO Generals have warned the NATO alliance must do extra to defend the Baltic. In a report written at the side of a former Estonian defence minister, they are saying the three international locations within the Baltic, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, will finally want a brigade every to discourage Russia – far greater than the battalions at the moment being proposed.
