The U.S. Division of Protection has formally confirmed that it’ll ship M142 Excessive Mobility Artillery Rocket Techniques (HIMARS) to Ukraine.
HIMARS is a high-tech, light-weight rocket launcher mounted on a car comparable to a truck, giving it extra agility and maneuverability on the battlefield. Every car unit is able to carrying six GPS-guided rockets. HIMARS might be recharged in about 1 minute with a small crew.
