Directions:
1.Brown onions in tallow and butter till translucent.
2. Add floor elk, season evenly, and prepare dinner via.

4. Slowly add hen broth whereas whisking, then add tomato paste, sea salt, and spices. Simmer 15 min.
5. Evenly fry tortillas in olive oil, don’t crisp absolutely.
6. Combine elk, cheese, diced tomatoes, and chilies for filling (extra spice for adults, easy combine for teenagers).
7. Roll tortillas with filling, place in baking dishes.
8. Pour enchilada sauce excessive, add extra cheese.
9. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, till cheese melts and browns barely.
10. Prime with lime, jalapeños, bitter cream, avocado, and your favourite sizzling sauce.
