London Cabbies Take D Day Veterans Again To Normandy | Forces TV



Virtually 100 D-Day veterans have been again on the seashores of Normandy to recollect fallen comrades due to a gaggle of London taxi drivers. 73 years after the landings, the Taxi Charity has organized for 90 black cabs journeys to journey to Pegasus Bridge, the important thing canal crossing captured by sixth Airborne Division. The charity has been ferrying outdated troopers to World Battle Two battlegrounds since 1948.
