Commander Andrew Parkinson was celebrating his birthday on his boat at a marina on the River Hamble in Hampshire in July when he heard cries for assist. Cdr Parkinson mentioned he was nearly to get pleasure from a cup of tea when he heard two splashes within the water. He gained an award on the #Millies for what he did subsequent.
