The NMLPDC E-OSC group leaders, Lieutenant Commander Sierra Nichols, Medical Service Corps, United States Navy, serving because the Plans, Operations, and Medical Intelligence Course Director at NMLPDC, and Dr. John Schmidt, PhD., serving as a Scientific Psychologist at NMLPDC, visited Navy ROTC college students at UMBC to debate resiliency and stress administration instruments to make use of as part of their tradition of excellence.
