Nothing Can Kill the Arleigh Burke-class Destroyer

The Arleigh Burke class of guided missile destroyers (DDGs) is a United States Navy class of destroyer constructed across the Aegis Fight System and the AN/SPY radar. The category is called for Admiral Arleigh Burke, an American destroyer officer in World Struggle II, and later Chief of Naval Operations. The lead ship, USS Arleigh Burke, was commissioned throughout Admiral Burke’s lifetime.

These warships have been designed as multimission destroyers, in a position to fulfill the strategic land strike position with Tomahawk missiles; antiaircraft warfare position with highly effective Aegis radar and surface-to-air missiles; antisubmarine warfare with towed sonar array, anti-submarine rockets, and ASW helicopter; and antisurface warfare with Harpoon missile launcher.
