ANDREW MILBURN was born in Hong Kong and grew up in the UK. After graduating from legislation faculty in London, he enlisted within the US Marine Corps as a personal. He was commissioned from the ranks, and as a Marine infantry and particular operations officer, has commanded in fight at each grade. Because the commanding officer of the Marine Corps’ particular operations regiment, he was chosen to steer a multi-national process drive given the mission of defeating ISIS in Iraq.
