Presidential Council prohibits army motion exterior barracks with out prior permission


The Presidential Council issued a call ordering all army models, no matter their affiliation and the character of the duties assigned to them; to not transfer their army autos exterior their army barracks and positions.

An order signed by the Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army below the title “Very Pressing” and addressed to all models confirmed prohibition of army motion besides with the prior permission of the Commander in Chief, noting that in case of necessity; the motion can solely happen in accordance with the relevant context and with the approval of the Commander in Chief of the Libyan Army.

The order, issued on Thursday, urged the commanders of all army models to stick to directions, whereas directing the Navy Intelligence Division, the Police Division, and Navy Prisons to comply with up on its implementation and report any violation of its provisions.
