On August 4, Presidential Workplace Spokesperson Xavier Chang (張惇涵) acknowledged that starting at roughly 1:56 pm this afternoon China fired a complete of 11 Dongfeng collection ballistic missiles into waters to the northeast, southwest, and east of Taiwan.
