Tim Kennedy Easy Protein Muffin Recipe



Right this moment on Lethal & Scrumptious, We’re making protein-packed banana muffins. These are fast, easy, kid-friendly, and loaded with protein to gasoline your day. They’re nice for snacks or to sneak in some further protein for your self.

Lethal Scrumptious Protein Banana Muffins

Elements:
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs (farm contemporary when you’ve acquired them)
3 tablespoons Kodiak Energy Desserts Flapjack & Waffle Combine (or any pancake combine)
Pinch of sea salt
Sprint of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder (optionally available — I add liver and lentil protein)
Chocolate chips (optionally available, until you are my child — then no chocolate)
Non-obligatory: cranberries, Nutella, or every other extras you need

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, mash bananas till easy.
Crack in eggs and blend effectively.
Stir in pancake combine, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Add protein powder if you’d like the additional beneficial properties.
Fill muffin cups midway — they’ll rise.
Add chocolate chips or every other extras on prime.
Bake for 10–12 minutes. Verify with a toothpick — if it comes out clear, they’re accomplished.
