Feb 26 (Reuters) – Russian troops attacked a military base positioned on a principal avenue within the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv however the assault was repelled, the Ukrainian army mentioned early on Saturday.

Individually, the Interfax Ukraine company mentioned Russian troopers have been making an attempt to seize one of many metropolis’s electrical energy producing stations.
