France has deployed troopers and navy eqipment to Romania in reponse to the raging conflict in Ukraine yesterday.
Footage exhibits NATO cargo planes loaded with troopers and eqipment arriving at Mihail Kogălniceanu Worldwide Airport on 28 February 2022.
The troopers seen within the video are a part of the French Army’s Chasseurs alpins unit (“Alpine Hunters”), a department of Mountain Infantry.
They acquired deployed as a part of the NATO Response Pressure (NRF) that acquired despatched to the japanese components of the Alliance in response to Russias Invasion of Ukraine.
On 25 February, the North Atlantic Council activated the NRF for the primary time for defensive functions.
