The Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Analysis, Growth and Acquisition serves because the Navy Service Acquisition Govt (SAE). The Assistant Secretary serves as Program (Milestone) Resolution Authority on ACAT IC applications and recommends selections on ACAT ID applications.
