Capt. Miguel Dieguez will relieve Capt. Jorge R. Cuadros as Commanding Officer and Regional Engineer, Naval Amenities Engineering Techniques Command (NAVFAC) Southeast at a Change of Command ceremony to be held at 9 a.m. Friday, Could 13, at Ceremonial Hangar 117 onboard Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville.
