Sunday marks the fifteenth anniversary of the terrorist assaults on Sept. 11, 2001. It’s a nationwide day of remembrance. A number of members of the U.S. Army Particular Operations Command recount the place they have been on that fateful day. That is the second of a two-part sequence.
