The Prime Minister, Defence Secretary and the Minister for Reserves have recognised the efforts of firms that help personnel by way of the Armed Forces Covenant.
At a particular Downing Road reception ministers handed out gold awards to firms that gone the additional mile for our forces.
Fifteen had been chosen for the gold award, as Carla Prater experiences.
